How are you? I haven't received any feedback from you since my last email. I understand that you need time to learn and know a new supplier. So today I'd like to take this opportunity to specially introduce you our boss Mr.Mark Ma, to help you know more about us.
Mark is an excellent and warm heart Chinese man, with very professional competence. He has worked in this industry for over 15 years after graduating from mechanical design and CNC programming. You must be as same excellent as him, if you can meet each other in the future,you will be very good friends. The reason why i said that is out of what happened in the past which keeps deep in my memory. Please allow me to share the story with you:
There was one client in the similar industry as you who designed a new product and asked if we can customize it according to their requirements. Upon receiving the files, I forwarded them to Mark since he is more professional and efficient. After checking the drawings, he found out this product was really thorny to make, but he did not give up or rejected it due to its difficulties. Instead, he spent two days and nights learning the product characteristic, performance, and its material requirements, analyzing the product carefully with his professional knowledge. To figure out the best solution, he also consulted multiple cooperative partners by various ways. During the whole process, he went all out, never gave a thought to the time and cost he spent.
Finally he overcame the difficulties, and got the product accomplished, which made the client extremely satisfied. Not only the client, all colleagues including me were impressed and learned that we have to try every possible method to help our clients solving problems, and make them feel at ease leaving the work to us, without further worries. He also requested us to update feedback to clients timely on each step. So finally this client established long-term business partnership with Mark since his start up stage, and also introduced lots of clients to us.
This is a true story happened, it will probably help you know more about our company culture, and the attitude that we treat each client diligently and attentively. It's definitely worth trying our products or services. It would be highly appreciated if you give us the chance to work with your esteemed company.
